3. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on Maxipro, you agree to:
- Ensure Compliance with Laws: All products or services you list must comply with applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to import/export regulations, product safety standards, and consumer protection laws.
- Provide Accurate Product Information: All product descriptions, prices, images, and other information must be accurate, clear, and complete. Misrepresentation or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Securely Manage Customer Data: You must keep all customer data confidential, using it only for order fulfillment and never for unauthorized purposes. You may not store or misuse customer information outside of Maxipro’s secure platform.
- Handle Customer Service and Disputes: You are solely responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes related to your products, services, or transactions.
- Maintain Account Security: You are responsible for securing your Maxipro account credentials and notifying us of any suspicious activity immediately.
4. Payment and Transaction Policies
- Direct Payments: Customers make payments directly to you. Maxipro does not hold or process payments on your behalf. You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or currency exchange rates involved.
- Refunds and Returns: You must clearly state your return, refund, and exchange policies on your product listings. You are responsible for handling any refunds or returns, in accordance with your policies and relevant laws.
- Transaction Compliance: You must comply with all transaction laws, including applicable taxes, and avoid fraudulent practices. Maxipro reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction activities.
5. Product and Content Compliance

- Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using strong passwords, and logging out from shared devices. Any suspected account compromise should be reported immediately.
- Reporting Security Incidents: If you suspect fraudulent activity or data misuse by any platform user, you are required to report it to Maxipro for investigation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maxipro is not liable for:
- Transaction Issues: Maxipro is not responsible for any issues arising from direct transactions between you and customers, including payment disputes, delivery delays, or refund requests.
- Product Liability: Maxipro does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of your products. You bear full responsibility for compliance and customer satisfaction.

8. Fees and Commissions

9. Account Suspension and Termination

- Engage in fraudulent or unethical business practices, including misrepresentation, counterfeiting, or data misuse.
- Repeatedly receive customer complaints or negative reviews that compromise the quality and trustworthiness of Maxipro’s platform.
10. Modifications to Vendor Terms
